The Hero, the Zero and Love
The Hero, the Zero, and Love.
Every now and again in life, Love (God level love), looks us in the eye and asks Will you connect with me?" Our answer determines our life.
I think God is Life, God is Love (in the biggest sense of those words). And those moments in life, when 'Love' (God level love) looks us in the eye and asks us:
"Will you connect with me? I love you so much, will you connect with me?"
The Hero says yes and 'Lives'—the Zero says no and 'exists.'
Those are the moments we are invited to cross the threshold to 'Live'—not just 'exist.' To have Life in our life, from the inside out.
And I believe these moments require the greatest leap of faith—it is scary, and even terrifying for some. But they are life changing moments. If we say yes, we get free, find peace, and come to life.
The Hero Lives, the Zero 'exists'
We turn away because we are scared or just don't fully understand and so we keep suffering.
The Hero now knows, acts, and lives. The Hero lives faithful to their dreams, to their goals, and to Life itself (God level love).
The Zero is still suffering, stuck and thinking. Existing in fear, managing symptoms to cope with existence, and looking for 'Life' in all the wrong ways (addiction).
They can't get free, because the lies in their head, blocks the truth in their heart—and they are at war with themselves and the world around them. They can't get free because they are missing a piece of the puzzle.
You can have all the "things" and still be near empty inside—the zero, or you can have nothing and be building anew, and be the hero—where miracles happen and providence moves too.
The question is: Have you turned your back on Life? Are you done with suffering yet? And do you want to be free?
